Your service
The terms of your weekly service — the price, what it covers, how the price may be corrected after the first visit, when you are billed and how you cancel — are the sentences shown to you at checkout, beside the card, and repeated in your confirmation email. Nothing on this page changes them.
SMS Terms
By starting service you agree that PoolProMatch may text the number you gave us about your service. These are service messages only: a reminder the day before a visit, a changed or missed visit, a confirmation when you switch or cancel, and a check-in after your fourth visit if a call went unanswered. We do not send marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies with your service.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to end texts. You will get one message confirming you have opted out, and no more.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
